At MA STORE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
Non-returnable items:
- Smartwatches & electronic items (due to hygiene and warranty restrictions)
- Any product with removed security tags or damaged packaging

2. Refunds & Exchanges

✅ Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

🔄 Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, contact us with photo/video proof of the issue.

3. How to Return an Item

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Opened earphones/headphones (hygiene reasons)
❌ Customized or engraved jewelry
